My Top 5 Apps!!

Today I'm going to be sharing with you my top 5 favourite apps at the moment.
So lets get straight into it!

Breathe
This app allows your mind, body and soul to relax. A relaxing voice guides you in meditation, or it allows you to meditate in silence and you can decide what mediation to take depending on your mood and feelings. Before this app I never really mediated, I thought it was a waste of time. But my sister told me about this app so I downloaded it (for free) and gave it a go. I was surprised how good it was. It really helps me to relax where ever I am, because it does not require internet. I also enjoy filling in the quick survey on how I feel physically and mentally, because even before the mediation I can already see how I am feeling and how it is effecting my mood and actions.
Overall I really love this app and I now believe in the power of meditation.

ASOS App
Bit of a guilty pleasure! I love this app because it allows me to online shop or just browse through fashion with out being on my laptop. I already loved ASOS and this app has just made my life better, well if you call less money and less time better! No but really it is super handy and great for style inspo.

Pinterest
Absolutely obsessed with Pinterest and I have to say I love the app better than on my laptop. Call me lazy but just like the ASOS app, it is more convenient, and I love the new (ish) update that allows you to pin photos with one quick press and swipe. Something about scrolling through gorgeous photos late at night just makes me happy. Maybe its the perfectly organised folders of pretty photos or that it inspires me and encourages me to use my creativity.
Love it!

Sleep Cycle
I discovered this app from a comment I read on YouTube. This app is so genius it helps you wake up better in the morning. If you are like me and definitely not a morning person then listen closely!
Once you set up the app, at night you place your phone (charging or not) under your sheet. You have to make sure that you are not sleeping on it but the app explains everything. Basically what the app does is track you sleep and tells you in the morning when you were in a deep sleep and when you were in a light sleep. You set your alarm on the app to the time you want to wake up, in the morning the app sets off a quiet and calm alarm 30 mins before your desired wake you time. As soon as you move the phone senses the movement and the alarm turns off. This happens every ten minutes to gradually wake you up, so you are not waking up in a deep sleep. This will make you feel happier in the morning, more energized like you have had a better nights sleep and easier to get up. Bonus, the app sends all the data collected into the health app on iPhones and tells you the weather forecast for the day ahead! Perfect.
This app has truly helped me in the mornings, and although I still want to stay in my comfy bed it makes getting out of bed easier. Definitely worth the small cost!

My Data Manager
My last favourite is pretty simple and one of my most used and important apps on my phone, especially in this day and age, were internet and connection is so important!
My Data Manager tracks your data usage, because there is nothing worst then going over your data.
Simply plug in your monthly data amount and the date it renews (which we all look forward too), and the apps gives you a timeline and a daily allowance. That's not all it includes more tool such as; graphs, maps, timer, planner, alarms and much much more.
Check it out, it ha saved my life and its free!
